The AppleCare Digital team was encountering discrepancies when handing off high fidelity designs to the engineering team.
My Role + Impact
I created templates which would provide consistency during handoffs. Our design team consists of 15 designers whom create end-to-end flows in Sketch for each track of work. I presented our new process to the team and worked with each designer before the delivery phase and during the QA stage with engineers.
With this new structure, our build time was reduced by utilizing a system for products on responsive web, iOS, padOS and macOS.

Final Solution
Created a new process for spec handoffs to engineers for the Support App and the Support website. This process was established to maintain design consistency within AppleCare Digital to maintain standards from Human Interface Guidelines and Marketing Communications teams.
